Hi, I’m Raphael I enjoy movement in all its forms, from ultra-marathons to weightlifting.

I train for a body that’s capable, muscular and practical for everyday life, that supports long-term health. This philosophy is exactly what I pass on to my clients.

I care deeply about the foundations of health: sleep, nutrition, and exercise, but I also believe fitness should be enjoyable. Training shouldn’t feel like punishment it should be something you look forward to.

Long term fitness comes from learning about healthy living and implementing it slowly and that’s what sticks. Slow and steady wins the race.

Fitness has been a part of my life since my early teens. It’s challenged me through ultra-running events, triathlons, weightlifting and introduced me to lifelong friends, and been a constant source of happiness.

And don’t worry training with me doesn’t mean you’ll be signing up for an ultra-marathon anytime soon… unless you want to..
