Hi, I’m Raphael — a personal trainer driven by a lifelong love for exercise and movement. My passion started in childhood and has only grown stronger every year.
My mission is simple: to help people across the UK feel stronger, healthier, and more confident — not through fad diets or extreme routines, but by teaching the foundations of fitness, nutrition, and recovery. I believe no one should feel blamed for where they’re starting from; without the right knowledge, health can feel like a guessing game.
I’m known for my upbeat, supportive energy and for making training sessions both effective and enjoyable. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, or simply feel better in your own skin, I’m here to guide you every step of the way — in person or online.
